Filed: September 28, 2018 ◆§ 3:18cv3102
Auto Services Company is the defendant in an employee’s lawsuit that alleges the company failed to pay the man proper overtime wages.
Auto Services Company, Inc. is the defendant in an employee’s proposed collective and class action lawsuit that alleges the company deprived the man of proper overtime wages.
According to the case, the plaintiff worked as an hourly paid “territory manager” for the defendant, which operates its business out of Mountain Home, Arkansas. The suit claims that in addition to his hourly wage, the plaintiff received non-discretionary bonuses when “certain objective and measurable criteria were met.” According to the case, these bonuses were not included as part of his regular hourly rate for the purpose of calculating overtime wages, resulting in the plaintiff being underpaid for his overtime work.
