Dynamic Security Inc. is facing a proposed collective action filed by an employee who currently works as a security guard at the General Lucius D. Clay National Guard Center in Georgia and claims she is not paid proper wages.
Dynamic Security Inc. is facing a proposed collective action filed by an employee who currently works as a security guard at the General Lucius D. Clay National Guard Center in Georgia and claims she is not paid proper wages. According to the complaint, the plaintiff and other employees’ hours are calculated based on their scheduled shift’s start time rather than the time they begin working each day. In particular, the plaintiff says she is not compensated for about 15 minutes of work she performs each day before her shift is scheduled to begin.
