The plaintiff in three other lawsuits alleging wage and hour violations has filed suit once again against another former employer – Yaso Hospitality Group LLC – and two individual owners. The plaintiff says she worked at the defendants’ restaurant Yaso Tangbao between November 2015 and May 2016 as a dumpling cook without receiving proper overtime or spread-of-hours wages despite working 69 hours per week. She further claims that the defendants neglected to provide her with required wage notices and statements in accordance with New York state law.
