Crittenden County, Arkansas is facing a proposed class and collective action filed by a former non-patrol deputy sheriff jail worker who claims the county failed to pay her proper overtime wages in accordance with federal law.
Crittenden County, Arkansas is facing a proposed class and collective action filed by a former non-patrol deputy sheriff jail worker who claims the county failed to pay her proper overtime wages in accordance with federal law. According to the complaint, she was required to work more than 40 hours per week or 171 hours over a 28-day period without being paid premium time-and-a-half wages. The suit alleges violations of federal and state wage and hour law.
