Arkansas
A collective action out of Arkansas federal court alleges that airplane manufacturer Dassault Falcon Jet Corp. failed to pay proper overtime wages.
According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff worked as an hourly paid team leader in Dassault’s service bays, where he installed and repaired mainly interior aircraft components alongside other front-line employees such as painters, mechanics and technicians. The man claims he regularly clocked over 40 hours each week without time-and-a-half overtime pay and was instead paid his straight-time rate for overtime hours, an apparent violation of federal and state labor law.
