A former employee is behind a proposed class action against Concept Auto, Inc. and its owners that claims he and other current and former workers were not paid proper overtime and minimum wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The complaint claims the plaintiff, who was employed as an office cleaner and demolition worker by the defendants, worked an average of 60 hours per week between August and December 2016 without being paid at the time-and-a-half rate for hours worked over 40.
