Two former employees of Exxact Express, Inc. have filed suit against the logistics company over claims that it failed to pay them proper overtime wages.
Two former employees of Exxact Express, Inc. have filed suit against the logistics company over claims that it failed to pay them proper overtime wages. According to the complaint, one of the plaintiffs worked for the defendant as a driver manager for approximately four months, while the other was employed as an inside sales associate and customer service representative between February 2015 and June 2016. Both women claim they routinely worked 45 hours per week without being paid proper time-and-a-half overtime wages for the hours they worked above 40 each week.
