CB&I, LLC is on the receiving end of a proposed class action lawsuit filed by two former employees who claim they were not paid proper wages. The suit argues that despite the plaintiffs’ alleged classification as hourly non-exempt employees, the defendant failed to pay them time-and-a-half overtime wages for the hours they worked in excess of 40 each week. On top of that, the complaint claims CB&I required its employees to work “off the clock” without compensation.
