Man Sues Ultimate Sports Camp, One Other Over Unwanted Text Message Advertisements
April 6, 2018 A proposed class action has been filed against Ultimate Sports Camp, LLC and Junior Athletes, Inc. alleging the defendants violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by sending automated text message advertisements without the recipients' consent.
