AK Car Sales Business Facing FLSA Lawsuit
December 19, 2017 An Arkansas woman has filed suit against joint employers National Park Motors, Inc.; Orr Motors of Fort Smith 4, Inc.; Orr Motors of Fort Smith 3, Inc.; Orr Motors of Russellville, Inc.; and Orr, Inc. claiming they owe her unpaid overtime wages.
