Police Officer in Northeast Ohio Sues District Over Allegedly Unpaid Pre-Shift Work
May 14, 2018 A police officer who worked for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District within the past three years has filed a proposed collective action in which he claims the district fails to pay its officers for pre-shift work.
