New American Funding Accused of Placing Illegal Telemarketing Calls
November 2, 2017 A proposed class action lawsuit has been filed against Broker Solutions, Inc. (which does business as New American Funding) by a man who claims he received several illegal telemarketing calls from the home loan company without providing prior consent.
