Lawsuit: FCA, Labor Unions Tricked Chrysler Employees Out of Jobs
January 17, 2018 A group of former employees of FCA US LLC has filed suit against the company and the plaintiffs’ international and local labor unions claiming the parties unlawfully bargained for the plaintiffs’ termination from their positions.
