Lawsuit: Man Never Received Promised Gift Cards, Free NFL Programming After Switching to DirecTV
September 27, 2018 First Choice Communications LLC is facing a proposed class action in which a California man claims the television service provider baited prospective customers to sign up for DirecTV with false promises of Visa gift cards and free NFL programming.
