New Jersey Nail Salon Employee Files Suit Over Unpaid Wages
September 28, 2017 A proposed collective action has been filed against Fingers Faces & Toes Corp., Fingers Toes & Nails Corp., Mani & Pedi Spa Inc., and four individuals over allegations that the defendants failed to pay employees at their NJ nail salon proper wages.
