Blind Man Sues Dylan’s Candybar Over ‘Discriminatory’ Website
September 26, 2017 A blind individual has filed suit against Dylan’s Candybar, LLC over allegations that its website is not compatible with screen-reading software and therefore discriminates against the blind population in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
