Cabo Restaurant Facing Former Employee’s Wage and Hour Suit
December 8, 2017 A former employee of Cabo Restaurant has filed suit against its two operating companies and an individual who controls the business over claims that the defendants denied him his rights under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
