Popcorners Packaged with Too Much ‘Slack Fill,’ Class Action Alleges
March 8, 2018 A proposed class action has been filed in New York against BFY Brands, Inc. in which the plaintiff claims the company’s Popcorners snack chip products are sold with unacceptable levels non-functional slack fill.
