AmpleMedical Accused of Sending Faxes Lacking Required Opt-Out Notice
May 8, 2018 An Illinois drug store has filed suit against an individual who does business as AmpleMedical and AmpleMedical.com, claiming the defendant sent unsolicited fax advertisements that didn’t contain required opt-out notices.
