Lawsuit Accuses Americare Home Solutions of Paying Employees Reduced Overtime Wages
March 2, 2018 Americare Home Solutions LLC is facing a proposed class and collective action that alleges the company attempts to avoid paying employees premium overtime wages by reducing their hourly pay rates during weeks in which they work more than 40 hours.
