Construction Worker Claims Employers Owe Him ‘Several Months’ of Unpaid Wages
February 21, 2018 Adam Builder Corp. (which does business as Adam Construction Co.) and two individuals with control of the business have been named as defendants in a proposed collective action filed by a former employee who claims he was not paid his due wages.
