Moscoso v. S. Donadic, Inc. et al
Filed: December 22, 2017 ◆§ 1:17cv7479
A Queens resident claims he worked nearly 55 hours per week for S. Donadic, Inc. without proper pay or wage notices.
A New York man has filed a proposed class and collective action in which he claims Donadic, Inc. and its two owners owe him unpaid minimum and overtime wages. The Queens, New York resident who filed the suit claims he worked roughly 54.5 hours per week as a carpenter for the defendants between March 2011 through February 2017, yet was only paid for 48.5 hours of work per week. The plaintiff, citing possible Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state labor law abuses, further claims he was never provided with wage notices at the time of his hiring.
