C&R Pallets Corp. and two individuals with control of the business are facing a proposed class action filed by a former delivery driver who claims he was not paid proper overtime wages.
C&R Pallets Corp. and two individuals with control of the business are on the receiving end of a proposed class action that alleges violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The plaintiff says he has been employed as a route delivery driver by the defendants since January 2017 and frequently works more than 40 hours per week without receiving overtime pay. The suit argues that this practice violates federal labor law and that the plaintiff is owed unpaid wages.
