Miller v. Burningtree Country Club Inc et al
Filed: December 26, 2017 ◆§ 5:17cv2174
Decatur, Alabama’s Burningtree Country Club allegedly failed to pay mandatory minimum and overtime wages to current and former employees.
A proposed class action filed against Decatur, Alabama’s Burningtree Country Club and three individuals with control of the business seeks to recover allegedly unpaid minimum and overtime wages for current and former employees. The plaintiff, who worked for Burningtree from April through October 2017, alleges the defendants’ non-payment of wages violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), with the four-page complaint itself providing few details that further expand upon the defendants’ alleged wage and hour wrongdoings.
