A proposed class action lawsuit filed in New York claims defendants Bravo Pizza Enterprises, Inc., The Big Slice of New York, LLC, and two individuals should be held liable for unpaid minimum, overtime and spread-of-hours pay, as well as money spent by workers on uniforms and maintenance. Filed by a former cashier who worked for the defendants from June 2010 until January 2017, the lawsuit claims the plaintiff worked between 48 and 55 hours per week without receiving time-and-a-half overtime pay as required by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
