The four respective operating companies of Blooming Nails & Spa I, II, III, and IV, along with two individual owners, are facing claims that they failed to pay their employees proper overtime wages. The plaintiff says she was employed by the defendants as a nail technician and routinely worked 52 hours per week without receiving time-and-a-half overtime. She further argues that the defendants failed to provide her with accurate wage statements and notices, an alleged violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
