A former employee has filed a proposed collective action against Applied Building Development Company – Oakhills, Inc. over allegedly unpaid overtime wages.

A former employee has filed a proposed collective action against Applied Building Development Company – Oakhills, Inc. for allegedly failing to pay time-and-a-half overtime wages. From February 2016 through January 2018, according to the complaint, the plaintiff worked as a mechanic for the defendant, which operates multiple golf clubs. The lawsuit claims that the defendant paid the plaintiff a fixed salary regardless of the number of hours worked. The plaintiff alleges that he worked at least 10 hours of overtime per week without lawful time-and-a-half compensation.
