Allstate Interior & Exterior Contractors, Inc., Allstate Painting Corp. and their owner, who do business as Allstate Painting, are the defendants in a proposed class action claiming employees were not paid proper overtime or spread-of-hours wages. The plaintiff, who handled painting, construction, driving and repair work from 2004 through 2017, claims he worked - without receiving time-and-a-half overtime pay - between 72 and 74 hours per week from 2011 through November 2014 and 48 hours per week from December 2014 up until his departure.
