Two former employees have filed a lawsuit against Adco Installers LLC claiming that it failed to pay proper overtime wages.
Two former employees have filed a lawsuit against Adco Installers LLC and the company’s owner in which they claim they worked an average of 66 hours per week without being paid appropriate overtime wages. The plaintiffs, who each worked as window installers for the defendants for a few months in 2017, claim Adco knew of the Fair Labor Standards Act’s (FLSA) overtime requirements yet “willfully and intentionally” refused to pay proper time-and-a-half wages.
