Absolute Care Management Corporation is facing a proposed class and collective action filed by a former employee who worked for the company as a home healthcare worker and claims she was not paid proper minimum and overtime wages. According to the complaint, the plaintiff was responsible for driving to clients’ homes and providing non-medical household services. She says she often worked more than 40 hours per week but was not paid for all hours worked, including overtime hours and time spent traveling.
