The lawsuit against Tubi claimed the streaming service shared consumer data via tracking technology that collected users’ video-viewing histories, which third parties can use for targeted marketing purposes.

The nearly $20 million Tubi class action settlement covers anyone who used the video streaming service at any time between June 23, 2021 and August 26, 2024.
