Ernesli Corporation, which does business as Zubi Supermarket, and its owner are the defendants in a proposed class action lawsuit filed over alleged FLSA violations.
Ernesli Corporation, which does business as Zubi Supermarket, and its owner are the defendants in a proposed class action lawsuit filed in Florida over alleged Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime violations. The plaintiff claims he worked 64 hours per week for the defendants from May 2015 through December 2016 without being paid overtime for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek, a violation of the FLSA.
