Zomick’s Food Products, LTD., which does business as Zomick’s Bakery, and its owner and manager are the defendants in a proposed class action filed by two former bakers who claim they are owed unpaid overtime wages. The plaintiffs claim they worked roughly 72 hours or more per week without receiving time-and-a-half wages for all hours worked over 40 as mandated by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
