A field service representative currently employed by Idaho-headquartered Woodgrain Millwork, Inc. has filed a proposed class action against the company.
A field service representative currently employed by Idaho-headquartered Woodgrain Millwork, Inc. has filed a proposed class action against the company over allegedly unpaid wages. The plaintiff claims he and similarly situated workers were “willfully and intentionally” denied proper time-and-a-half overtime wages for all hours worked past 40 in a workweek.
The complaint notes that a pre-suit demand was sent to the defendant regarding its alleged Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) violations and requesting back pay. The defendant “failed/refused to do so or respond” to the demand, the lawsuit reads.
