Florida auto paint and collusion repair shop Maaco Franchising, LLC is on the receiving end of a proposed class action that claims the company violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) by failing to pay proper overtime wages. The plaintiff, who worked for the defendants from March to early November 2016, claims he worked more than 40 hours a week without being paid at the mandatory time-and-a-half hourly overtime rate for all hours past 40.
