A proposed class action out of Pennsylvania claims 9dots Management Corp., LLC and its president failed to pay wages, as well as promised bonuses and compensation for unused paid time off, to the plaintiff and proposed class members. According to the lawsuit, the named plaintiff resigned from his job with the defendants after weeks of not receiving wages. The plaintiff reportedly did receive some compensation from the defendants almost two months after leaving his job, but the pay stub for the amount he received was inaccurate and fell well short of what he should have been paid.
The lawsuit, filed by a former senior manager, claims the defendants failed to pay all employees wages from June 19 through August 13, 2016. The plaintiff estimates that he is owed almost $5,550 in back pay, not including amounts owed for unpaid bonuses and unused paid time off.
