Southeast Linen Associates, Inc. (which does business as Blockbuster Linen Service) and two individuals are on the receiving end of a proposed class action lawsuit.
Southeast Linen Associates, Inc. (which does business as Blockbuster Linen Service) and two individuals are on the receiving end of a proposed class action lawsuit alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The plaintiff is a former employee who claims the defendants refused to pay him proper overtime wages for the hours he worked above 40 each week. He alleges that Blockbuster Linen Service improperly recorded and reported his hours worked and therefore failed to accurately calculate his overtime hours.
