The plaintiff, who worked for the defendant from July 2014 through January 2017 as a prep cook, claims he and similarly situated employees were not paid for all hours worked. Even after demanding proper compensation from the defendant, the plaintiff has allegedly still not been paid at least the federal minimum wage for time spent performing off-the-clock work, the lawsuit claims.
