Park Station 212, LLC and an individual owner are on the receiving end of a lawsuit that alleges they failed to provide any compensation to employees during one or more pay periods. The plaintiff claims she worked for the defendants as a server/bartender and was paid $5.03 per hour plus tips, but that she did not receive wages for some of the weeks she worked. According to the complaint, her efforts to retrieve the allegedly unpaid wages have “proven unsuccessful.” The suit cites the Fair Labor Standards Act and claims the defendants violated the law by failing to pay their employees minimum wage for each hour worked.
