A former front desk employee has filed a proposed class action against LTG, LLC, that alleges the rental car company violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) by failing to pay proper overtime wages. Filed in Florida district court, the lawsuit claims the plaintiff (and proposed class members) worked in excess of 40 hours per week without being paid at the time-and-a-half hourly overtime rate required under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
