Filed: April 7, 2017 ◆§ 5:17-cv-05062-TLB
A former employee is the plaintiff in a proposed class action lawsuit against P.A.M. Transport, Inc. and claims the company failed to pay its truck drivers minimum wage.
A former employee is the plaintiff in a proposed class action lawsuit against P.A.M. Transport, Inc. and claims the company failed to pay its truck drivers the minimum wage required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The plaintiff says he and the other truck drivers were paid at a “cents-per-mile” rate, but the defendant would routinely deduct fees from their pay, causing their hourly rates to fall below minimum wage.
The suit seeks monetary relief for anyone employed by P.A.M. Transport as a truck driver during the past three years.
