Lawsuit Stacked Against AF Masonry Over Unpaid Wages

AF Masonry, Inc. is the defendant in a proposed class and collective action lawsuit that alleges it failed to pay its employees proper wages. The plaintiff in the suit is a former employee of the company who claims he worked 50 to 60 hours per week and was paid $15.00 per hour.
