US Postal Solutions, Inc. is facing a proposed class action out of Florida that alleges the mail delivery management company did not pay workers proper time-and-a-half overtime. The plaintiff, who worked as a mailroom manager for the defendant, claims she and similarly situated workers were unlawfully misclassified as overtime-exempt independent contractors rather than employees entitled to overtime wages.
