Klopp Investment Corp. Under Fire for Unpaid Wages

A proposed class action filed against Klopp Investment Corp., which does business as Easy Rental, claims the company owes proposed class members unpaid overtime wages. The plaintiff, who worked as an account manager for the defendant from 2009 through August 2016, says he and similarly situated employees worked in excess of 40 hours during multiple workweeks without being paid at the time-and-a-half hourly overtime rate for all hours worked over 40.
