Two home healthcare workers have filed an unpaid overtime class action lawsuit in Arkansas against Homeality, LLC.
Two home healthcare workers have filed an unpaid overtime class action lawsuit in Arkansas against Homeality, LLC. The plaintiffs claim that they sometimes worked in excess of 90-100 hours per week, but were only paid straight time. The proposed collective action looks to cover all current and former Homeality home healthcare workers (and those working for company affiliates) who were employed between January 1, 2015 and the present.
