A proposed class action claims defendants HeartShare Human Services of New York and subsidiary HeartShare Education Center failed to pay proper overtime wages. The two named plaintiffs who filed the suit claim they and similarly situated education and childcare professionals were compensated in two separate checks each pay period, one from each defendant, but were not paid time-and-a-half overtime wages for working as many as 60 hours per week.
