Georgio’s Bakery Market, Inc., known informally as Georgio’s Bakery & Bistro, and one individual are the defendants in a proposed class action over allegedly unpaid overtime wages. The complaint claims the plaintiff, who currently works as a waiter for the defendants, worked an average of between 45 and 52 hours per week without being paid at the time-and-a-half overtime rate for all hours worked over 40.
