AF Design Services, LLC and two individuals are facing the claims of 11 former employees who say the defendants failed to pay them any wages at all for approximately four weeks of employment. They were allegedly promised various hourly or weekly wages for performing work as an architect, a janitor, a supervisor, a painter, a laborer, three drywall finishers, an electrician, a plumber, and a carpenter. The defendants, however, failed to pay them according to their contracts and denied them any applicable overtime wages for hours they worked above 40 in a week, according to the lawsuit.
