TAD PGS, Inc. is facing a former youth counselor's class action alleging he and others are owed unpaid overtime wages.
An individual formerly employed as a youth counselor by TAD PGS, Inc. has filed a proposed class action alleging the company owes him and other current and former workers unpaid minimum and overtime wages. Citing potential Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) violations, the plaintiff claims he worked an average of 48 hours per week in 2016 and 50 hours per week during a span in 2017 without being paid at the mandatory time-and-a-half hourly overtime rate for his over-40 work time.
