Parking Systems and its owners have been hit with a class action from former attendants who allege they and proposed class members are owed unpaid wages. Filed in New York, the lawsuit claims the plaintiffs worked more than 50 (and sometimes 70) hours per week without being paid at the time-and-a-half hourly rate for hours worked over 40 as required under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
